From the slightly off-kilter developers who brought us Mani Golf, comes this wickedly weird and original app.

Yes, its a talking app, but theres a strong Mobobo spin on the concept.

Before you stands Mat, who can be best described as your own personal lab rat. Tickle him, he laughs, flick or push (punch) his body, he takes the hits… and if you do that enough he even falls over and gets slightly mad.

What makes this app different from the usual talking app is you have a chance to mix up potions for him to drink. Hit the test tube icon and a carosal of different coloured potions appear above his head. Drip into a test tube any combination of colours, make him drink and watch what happens.

Morphing in front of you is a new character dependent on the concoction you gave him. I have no idea how many possibilities there are but there seem to be an endless supply.

Now speak and have your words repeated back to you, again, all dependent on the creature before you. Some of the voices can come out a little muffled although I have a suspicion that its more due to the speakers than anything else.

Best thing to do is give this app to a kid… you’ll never get your device back… then again, the few adults I showed this to wouldn’t give it back either. One friend played with it for 5 minutes, handed it back, then went directly to the app store to buy… its that good.

Mobobo rule the roost of freaky apps and I for one am looking forward to see whats next.
