The Words

Straight away the graphics on this are captivating. Bright, fun and fresh is what you expect to see in a sushi bar after an end of the world scenario full of starving people (yup, that’s the storyline!).

Standing behind a counter with 3 rows of sushi traveling past on conveyer belts at different speeds and directions, your customers start to file in. The object is to feed them on time by hitting the dish they’re after, timing it to when the plate is in front of them. Mis-queue and crash goes the crockery.

A simple enough premises that will have time management enthusiasts lapping it up…especially since there are 100 levels…I mean, you’re getting your moneys worth right?

Although the developer has done a good job is mixing it up (26 kinds of foods, 4 kinds of plate colors, 12 kinds of people and animals combination), the game can become a little repetitive. It would be nice to see more options a la Diner Dash (making drinks, adding spice etc). With so many levels it’s hard to see the changes without new skills being introduced.

However, saying that, it is a stunning design and keeps you on your toes, and there’s plenty of room for the developer to grow this game into more. Also the YozzFun is running a nice little competition:
