The Words

This is a great game with a nice idea. Graphics and game flow are simple, yet near flawless. You have to launch your flying Captain from rotating planet to rotating planet, timing your launch perfectly. As level progress, the game play becomes more challenging with mines, obstacles etc placed in the way and bonus to hit mid-flight.

On the average of our scoring, I would normally have to award this game 3.5/5… but I cheated and bumped it up to 4, as it really is a hell of a decent app and seems unfair to drag its rating down simply because of SFX. The overall game is certainly well made and smooth, but it could do with an extra bit of care of in the sound department, which remains minimal to the point of being almost non-existent. Although this doesn’t really take away from a great game, it does relegate it to being a point off perfection.
